Do you have experience of SQL,EPOS or Windows Servers?
I'm looking for a IT Support Engineer to work within the helpdesk team to aid with Supporting and actioning incoming tickets.
Role:
Provide onsite IT technical support for customers, over the phone or on email. Ensuringthe customers receive the highest level of support, working closely with the technical teams to investigate, troubleshoot and support IT infrastructure, hardware, and software across our customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls andemails at targeted time
* Ticket logging and classification
* Proactive update to customers
* Resolution and ownership oftasks
* Queue management
Technical Requirements
The following technical competencies are desirable but not essential:* Knowledge of Windows Servers
* Experience with EPOS systems
* Good understanding of SQL
* Experience working in a busy helpdesk environment (Desirable)
Person Specification
* Excellent customer facing and communication skills
* Problemsolving skills and resilience to issues and influences outside of his/her control.
* Excellent team player, flexible, responsive, takes ownership and can work on the detail in a real time environment
* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
