Service Desk Manager
Location: Manchester
Duration: 3 months (contract - inside IR35, daily rates will be paid via Umbrella company)

The role:
* Managing a busyservice desk to ensure consistent delivery
* Lead and manage team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Measure and monitor team performance according to program KPIs.
* Management of cost trackers and budgets ensuring profitability ofthe department
* Ensuring compliance and adherence to health and safety best practices
* Create and issue client reporting for example performance, common trends, and challenges.
The person:
* Experience of managing service desks which utlisesField Engineering resource
