Service Desk Manager
£50,000 plus bonus plus excellent benefits

Hours: 9:30am- 5:30pm plus flex
A Service Desk Manager is needed to lead this brilliant team for a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business and government.
You will be responsible for the IT Service Desk which provides first line incident and request management across IT services. You will have to develop and implement the strategy, standards, and procedures within service desk.
Requirements:
* 1 year + Experience of Service Desk Management within an MSP
* Previous experience ofmanaging a team's SLAs and KPIs
* Experience of working withinITIL methodologies and best practice - (Essential)
* Qualification desirable but not Essential
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* People Management andleadership skills
* Excellent time management and attention detail
* Have a passion for Tech !
