The Role
We're seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to lead our 24x7 Service Desk Team,based in Cirencester. Occasional UK travel is required. You'll be the focal point for the team and liaison with Service Delivery, Field Service, Projects, and Sales.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions and technical troubleshooting workflows.
* Lead adoption of client-specific processes.
* Negotiate, implement, and monitor service agreements.
* Ensure compliance, develop relationships, and oversee resource utilization.
* Produce service reports and drive continual improvement.
*Act as duty incident manager during critical issues.
* Prioritize workload and manage vendors.
Requirements
* IT Service Provider or IT Reseller experience.
* Ability to thrive under pressure.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication.
* Understanding of IT, Network, and Communications services.
* Interpersonal and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with operational tools is a plus.
