A Service Desk Shift Manager is needed to lead this brilliant team at this well-established company with nearly 30 years of IT industry experience.
This is a growing technology business and you will be managing and developing a teamof service desk analysts. Ensuring they are delivering high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.You will report to the Service Desk Manager.
Requirements and Responsibilities :
* 1 year minimum of Line management (essential)
* Previous experience of managing a team's SLAs and KPIs
* Technical service desk background (essential)
* Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice (essential)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent time management and attention detail
* Have a passion for Tech !
