Service Desk Supervisor

I am looking for a Supervisor for a Service Desk to be a part of this fantastic team for the leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government.
As a Supervisor for a Service Desk, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of service desk analysts. You will be responsible for the upkeep and quality of the knowledge base for the team and ensuring that customer escalations are managed in a timely manner.
Hours:
Shifts between 7am - 8:30pm including weekend rotation.
Requirements:
* Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice
* Customer Service Skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
* Previous team management experience
* Driven, motivational, professional leader, with a 'can-do' attitude at all times
