A Service Desk Team Leaderis required for a global Technology company based in Peterborough. We are looking for Team focused, personable individual who can lead a small team of Service Desk Analysts.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and coach team members to improve performance and delivery of service.
* Identify and manage training and development needs in line with company procedures.
* Ensureteam have accurate and available information to support customers.
Requirements:
* Showcase good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Must have good leadership skills to carry people along.
* Ideal if knowledgeable about service desk system and IT tools
