Concept Resourcing are looking for a Service Partner Manager to join a tech MSP in Chippenham. As a Services Partner Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and continually improving the Service Partner network by developing and managing relationships with partners to drive sales. To be successful in this role youwill need:
* Identify and onboard new Service partners, whilst maintaining existing relationships
* Negotiate commercialcontracts and terms with partners for mutual benefit
* Provide support to account managers to maximise success when working with Service partners
* Manage the performance of existing Service partners, and develop strategies to improve sales
* Organise and run regular business review meetings (monthly/quarterly)
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and Service partners
* Closely collaborate with Service partners to own and execute any joint business plans for campaigns, activityand incentives
* Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges
* Measure and report on the performance of Service partners,using both hard and soft KPIs
* Support wider Services team to create, scope and deliver Services to customers
* Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
* Collaborate with sales and wider solutions teamWhat we're looking for:
* Experienced networker with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
* Experience in managing business to business relationships within the IT industry is beneficial but not essential
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills and a team-oriented mindset, able to prioritise workloads and uses discretion to identify and resolve complex problems
* Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith partners
* Strong market awareness and business acumen
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Strong commercial judgement and confident demeanour

Salary and benefits:
