Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

We are pleased to be working with an industry leading Software business based near Birmingham, assisting with their search for a number of Software Engineers to work on a range of coreprojects within the business.
As a certified Microsoft® development partner, they use the latest technology to provide customers with greater integration, control and automation. They bring innovative fleet management software and driver licence checking software to fleet operators, contract hire and leasing companies. They are the first to combine fleet software and risk management services to help customers meet their driver health and safety responsibilities.
Who You Are:
(Essential)
* At least three year's continual commercial experience developing Windows Forms applications in C# or VB.Net.
* Good working knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server (2012 onwards) and relational database design.
* Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries.
* Good working knowledge of Object-Oriented programming practices and design patterns.
* Understanding the principles ofunit testing.
(Beneficial)
* Fleet/Leasing industry experience.
* Experience working with financial software or from working in the financial sector.
* Web development experience in ASP.NET(Web Forms, MVC) / JavaScript frameworks / Web API.
*Knowledge of Entity Framework.
* Degree, ideally 2:1 or higher in a scientific/engineering discipline.
* Experience of unit testing and automated testing practices .
