Description:
Solutions Architect - £40k - Hybrid, Oxfordshire.
Working as a part of a team of HubSpot experts, your role will be to consult with the internal project teams to determine the needs of each of their clients on an individual basis and to then propose a technical solution to the client and delivery team.
Your role will involve:
* Defining advancedtechnical solutions using HubSpot to provide options which solve complex challenges for clients
* Proactively identify integration and technical architecture opportunities and make recommendations for customers
* Creating proof of concepts which then demonstrate solution viability
* Defining long term technical and strategic platform roadmaps which enable integration into thetechnology stack of a client
* Managing the execution of the roadmap
* Communicating and building relationships with seniortechnical and non technical teams and stakeholders
* Driving critical KPIs including integrations, usage, engagement and services and partner attach rates
We need you to have:
* Ability to define advanced technical solutions using HubSpot to meetthe complex challenges and needs of the client
* An advanced level of HubSpot product experience
* Able to identify integration and technical architecture opportunities and make recommendations for customers to grow deeper with HubSpot
* Define longterm technical and strategic platform roadmaps to help our clients integrate HubSpot deeper into their technology stack
* Anadvanced technical level of experience, technical architecture experience and the ability to integrate complex systems.
* Experience and an understanding of the concepts of how API connections work and the ability to use them to manage the flow of data.* Ability to think critically about the customer use case and be able to design a system which provides a solution for that requirement.
* Confident with integrations systems and design
* Able to demonstrable experience in customer facing, managing stakeholders and consulting
* Ability to convey expertise in explaining complex, technical concepts to all levels of users bothtechnical and non technical
* Have the ability to engage with customers at all levels from the C-suite to the technical, product and marketing teams
* Team player, works effectively with colleagues across the wider business
* Driven, passionate about solution design and process improvement
* Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility
