Team Leader - Service Desk
£32,000 + excellent benefits

I am looking for a Team Leader for a Service Desk to be a part of this fantastic team for the leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government.As a Team leader for a Service Desk, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of service desk analysts. You will be responsible for the upkeep and quality of the knowledge base for the team and ensuring that customer escalations are handled in a timely manner.
Hours:
Monday to Friday will be core hours, however contract will be Monday - Sunday.There is an element of 'on call' which is why the contract is mon - sun.
On call involves taking the sickness and absence calls for the service desk and is done every 11 weeks for 1 week and is paid at an additional £40 per day on call.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years people management experience
* Driven, motivational, professional leader, with a 'can-do' attitudeat all times
* Analytical with attention to detail
* Awareness of ITILL methodologies and best practice (desirable not essential)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
