Concept are currently looking to recruit 5 experienced Technical Helpdesk /Migration Engineers within a commutable to Milton Keynes to complete a 6 week initial contract with chance of long term extension

The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Provideremote technical support to end-users during the migration process.
* Assist in the configuration and testing of IT equipment.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Document and maintaindetailed records of migration activities and support tickets.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updateson migration progress and address any concerns.
* Sign off
The Candidate:
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within an IT migration / helpdesk / field based engineering role and be able to:
* Support client systems, services and migrations.
* Be confident with IT software and be able to carry out the migration process
* Provide the client withhigh levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.
Rate Information / Benefits:
* Monday - Fridayday work
* 9am - 5pm
* £130 per day via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
* Flexible remote work environment - to be basedfrom an office in MK for a minimum of 2 days per week, remaining days working from home
* Laptop and phone provided
