An exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding start-up. Our Client is an innovative start-up consultancy, specialising in digital transformation and technology enablement. We are expanding and are looking to attractamazing, innovative talent to deliver the highest quality services for our customers.

We require a Technical Programme Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work across our customer base, managing and supporting our consulting and delivery teams to ensure the most successful outcomes. They will be passionate about their role and work alongside team members, continually learning and sharing as part of a growing community of specialists.
The Technical Programme Manager will have demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of large scale cloud and infrastructure programmes using Agile methodologies.

Day to Day Activities:

Our Client is dynamic and this role is varied, so there is often no 'typical day'. Here is a list of the key areas you will get involved with:
· Working and supporting the technical and architect team, remotely and in-office.
· Working directly with customers where required
· Delivery of technical outcomes for our customers based on agreed scope of work
·Communication and reporting of delivery milestones to our customers
· Travel to customer sites where needed

Requirements:· Ability to independently manage or assess the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between projectmanagement and project team
· An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strongattention to detail
· An ability to collaborate with IT technical teams and report to senior managers
· An ability to quickly identify issues and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
· Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management
· Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
· Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
· Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality
· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspectsof project management
· Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
· Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomaticimage to all stakeholders
· Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.Nice to have

· Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve acommon business objective
· Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
· Translating scope and requirements of a technical nature to wider stakeholders of all levels

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management or similar
· 5-7+ yearsof Technical Project / Programme Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understandingof Project Management processes, artifacts and tools
· Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership ?
