Concept IT are looking for a service desk analyst to join a well-established and growing IT solutions organization. You will be providing 1st line desktop support for customers and application support.
This 1st Line Support Engineer role is a great opportunity with a growing organization to work with the latest technologies. You will also work alongside senior engineers to help mentor and develop your skills.

The role is Monday to Friday operating in shift patterns between 7:30-6:00 (8 hour shifts)

Technical Requirements
* Previous experience of providing technical support
* Passion and willingness to learn
* Previous experience working within a service desk / ITIL environment (highly desirable)
* Experience working with customers and good communication skills
Salary on offer is £25,000 + benefits
