Concept Resourcing are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join aLarge-scale retailer based in Liverpool.



This role is onsite.



Working in a small team dedicated to providing device, technical asset management, and license support along with the provision of relevant reporting and administration. The role includes working closely with the department that controls central infrastructure functions and supports the service.If you are an experienced Technical Support Analyst and are interested in this fantastic opportunity, then please APPLY now.Key responsibilities:

* Ensure asset management processes are followed and implemented ensuring all audit requirementsare met.
* Maintain and report on stock levels to ensure continued good customer service.
* Ensures devices are available and built to SLA thus ensuring good customer service to all supported business units.
* Assist with issues where possible and provide additional liaison, ultimately acting as the point of escalation if needed to ensure the issues are resolved.
* Ensure management of desktop and infrastructure applications including accurate licensing allocation, installation, and reporting.
* Engages with the relevant teams to drive improvement and quality of service.
* Ensures the correct assignment of licenses across the device estate and work with the Tech Services Team Lead and IS Finance to ensure correct levels are maintained.
* Work on technical projects to ensure delivery to the required project standards and all allocated tasks are completed as per the specified requirements.
* Continue to support the control structures for IT and ensure best practice standards are being immersed into IT processes.
* Support the approach of ensuring all team members, identify and deliver continuous improvement activities.Requirements:

* Good understanding of best practice frameworks e.g., ITIL.
* The ability to understand standardsand regulations and identify how this could impact IS Technical Services.
* Possesses a good knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., desktops, laptops etc).
* Has high quality oral communication and written skills.
* A good level of experience in a Technical Service or a similar role.
* Proven capability to work independently whilst managing and prioritising own workload.
*Reliable and flexible team player able to engage and work with other departments and functions.
