Technical Support Team Lead / Service Desk Supervisor / Mobile Devices / Telecoms / Connectivity Devices
Concept Resourcing are working withmarket leading IT Solutions company to recruit a Technical Support Team Leader to join their growing support team. The company'sfocus is supporting mobile and connectivity technology so the ideal candidate will have a background in this field as well as experience in managing a team of any size.
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + package
Location - Chiswick, LondonThe Role
* Supervise a small team of support technicians
* Manage KPIs, run meetings, and oversee support ticketsand cases within the team
* Act as the point of contact for escalations and major accounts
* Hold monthly service reviews with customers
* Ensure continuous improvement within your team, liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to improve processes and procedures
* Support with the technical tickets coming into the service desk
The Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience of networking, SIP protocols, as well as 3G/4G/5G Cellular connectivity
* Extensive experience of iOS, and Android mobile operating systems
* Broad IT infrastructure understanding
* Previous supervisor or team leader experience
*Sound knowledge of the telecommunications industry
