à CUSTOMER Requires a candidate with Operational acceptance tester
Key duties and responsibilities:
à Execution and co-ordinating the tests, including selecting the test approaches, estimates the time, effort and cost of testing, acquiring resources and defining test levels and cycles.
à Planning and co-ordinating test phases including test planning, test design, test execution and test completion.
à Building relationships with Operational stakeholders and gaining an extensive knowledge of thebusiness in which they work.
à Helping reduce any overhead by creating repeatable OAT and UAT test scenarios, test cases that can be reused or automated.
à Assessing and mitigating any test risks.
à Introduction of test metrics and KPIs used formeasuring test progress and outcome (for continual improvement)
à Working closely with Transition team, making sure that UATand OAT is embedded in the overall service Acceptance criteria.
à Working with Change Management team to help improve the quality and stability of services being introduced into the production environment.
à Works closely with Business Analysts and Service Design team, identifying area of the service that will require Acceptance testing.
à Identifying and removing any inefficiencies in the Acceptance testing process. Continues to improve the quality of UAT and OAT strategy, processes, procedures.à Providing test evidence/test reports to CUSTOMER's customers on the outcome of UAT and OAT test phases, where contractuallyrequired

Working closely with the PortfolioDelivery teams to ensure that any new or changes to Product & Services undergo mandatory Acceptance Testing (UAT / OAT) activities before being transitioned into Operations.

Deliverables - supports definition and creation of Project TestStrategies where projects are defined as churn or simple to medium complexity. Where projects sit outside of this rating may berequired to work alongside assigned Test Consultant to support the creation of testing solutions and test strategies, and othertest deliverables for programmes or large projects.

Creates project-based estimates, using designated estimation toolsand other test collateral, (Test Plans, test schedule, test reports etc), based on known/assumed scope and execution activities· Must-have Skills/Personality Requirements

* Experience working with developing testware from functional design documents and executing testware againsta schedule and in compliance with a methodology
