Description:
We are currently recruiting for a field service engineer to join a managed IT services company who specialise in installing and repairing IT and EPOS systems in retailers and hospitality and leisure outlets.
The Role:
* SLA driven EPOS &IT Support into both Hospitality, Retail & Healthcare outlets.
* Diagnosis and rectification of EPoS, Networking, and ITissues.
* IMAC - Install, Move, Add and Change of EPoS, IT & Networking devices.
* Project work including AV, Digital Signage and Customer Rollouts.
* Providing on-site support services on EPoS, I.T. and Network/Comm's infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Required Experience:
* IT experience
* EPOS experience desirable not essential
* Networking skills desirable not essential
* Fault finding, repair and installation experience
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00(half hour travel is required either side of these hours, if it is exceeded x1.5 will apply)
* 1 in 4 weekends (paid at a standby rate and overtime if called out)
Package:
* £25,000 basic salary + overtime (OTE £30,000)
* Company van
* 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank)
