L3 Service Desk Engineer (Azure, MS) - Dublin
I am partnering with a prestigious employer who are recruiting for a critical role within their Dublin operations. They require a highly experienced L3 Service Desk Engineer who will be an Azure and Microsoft technologies SME within the company based in their Dublin office.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
* Ensure service is available to meet SLA requirements
* Resolve escalated service requests
* Mentor and train colleagues to improve their engineering skills
* Root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems
You will have the following experience;
* Proven track record with Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Hybrid environments
* Microsoft Windows Platforms, Windows 7 - 10
* Microsoft Server platforms 2008 - 2019
* Excellentcommunication skills
* Exposure to these technologies; Hyper-V, VMware, Routers, Firewalls, VLAN, WLAN, QOS, Routing, Config& troubleshooting RAIS, SANs, Storage, DNS filtering, Vulnerability management, encryption/end point management, MDR
