On behalf of an IT Managed Services Provider,I have an urgent requirement for a Voice Architect who has strong technical experience with Avaya One Cloud Service Management,to support a large financial end client.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Voice Architect who is familiar with the Avaya One Cloud stack and who has the skills to help with resolving defects, making changes and general service management activities.

* You will create architectural approaches for telephony design and implementation within the customer engagement solution portfolio that support our customers strategy for service excellency.
* Be responsible for designing, developing and guiding the implementation team for delivering telephony solutionsto address complex business issues, alongside working with the development team, partners and customer to elaborate the full potential of our platforms.
* Analyze business requirements to develop technical telephony solutions and their framework.
* Design, test, and inspect customer data and voice topology, also helping with modelling, analysis, and planning.
* Liaise with various vendors and suppliers to provide voice support.
* Designs and develops telephony / unified communications capabilities,including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions.



Skills/Experience:

* Experienced in designing, and possess ability to develop a unified vision for telephony characteristics and functions.
* Excellent knowledge of Avaya stack, application design and architecture is essential.
* Strong experience with Unified communications
* Proven experience in the techniques that lead to, the production and design of complex Communication systems. Including, requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration.
* Knowledge of all phases of telephony development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
* Knowledge of Customer engagement technology via Voice, Video communications and data network requirements for optimal performance, Data Network & Videocertificates are a bonus.
* Senior technical support/design engineer with experience supporting complex Enterprise class Avaya solutions and Avaya Contact Centre solutions, across a broad range of products.
* Expertise with Avaya ACD, IVR, PBX, SBC.* Strong Day 2 maintenance troubleshooting support skills and experience.
* Experience with Day 1 Design, Implementation andor Configuration.
* Any experience with the following would be highly beneficial:

1 CCNP certification
2 Understanding of Firewalls and protocols (SRTP, WebRTC, SIP, TLS, H323,H248)
3 IVR design (Speech, AI, API's, attribute routing, Self-serve,Omni Channel)
4 Understanding of Ccass Ucass, Paas modelling (pro's and Con's)
5 Layer 2 and layer 3 routing and switchingPlease apply online with your CV.
