Description:
I am working with a prestigious IT Solutions Provider who requireseveral Voice Engineers from Junior - Senior Level. This demand is key to support a large-scale transformation programme, on behalf of a well-known financial institution who operate globally.
This role has been deemed inside IR35 and is a fully remotecontract.
Role Responsibilities:
* You will play an important role within the project team, designing and supporting Voice Engineering solutions.
* You will be expected gather important knowledge from various resources to ensure success delivery through end-to-end solution.
* You will have the ability to communicate effectively and give complex solutions to issues within the project.
Skills/Experience required:
* Minimum 5 years commercial experience designing and implementing complex networks.
* Strong experience with Trader Voice Technologies (Cloud9, speakerbus that provide turrets/Dealerboards, privatewire and intercoms/hoots)
* Strong experience with Enterprise Voice Telephony Technologies (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
* Any experience with Ribbon SBCs would is desirable.
* A good level of experience of Verba/Verint platforms, within a regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of IP voice protocols (H.323, MGCP, SIP and SCCP).
* Strong knowledge of Cisco routing & switching is essential.
* A thorough understanding of the structure and functions of a Network.
* You will hold CCNP, CCNA (Voice), and CCNA (Data Networks) certifications.
* Familiar with ITIL processes.
* A good understanding of ServiceManagement/Stability is expected.
* Any experience with working collaboratively with offshore teams would be highly beneficial.
* Any knowledge/experience of automation development (Python, Ansible, Chef) would also be beneficial.
