Key Responsibilities:
* Laptop Profiling: Tailor laptops to individual user needs,ensuring they hit the ground running.
* Equipment Provisioning: Issue and configure laptops, iPhones, and additional equipment, enhancing user productivity.
* Inventory Management: Keep internal systems up-to-date by promptly updating the CMDB and managing equipment returns.
* User Vetting: Ensure new users have the necessary clearances, contributing to a secure work environment.
* Stock Management: Conduct weekly stock takes to keep our inventory optimised, ensuring seamless operations.
* TicketQueue Support: Contribute to team efficiency by assisting with IT ticket resolutions during downtime.
Qualifications:
*Strong hardware configuration skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for inventory management.
* Familiaritywith Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) is a plus.
* Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Security Clearance (SC) is desirable.
