Responsibilities of the Trainee Account Executive
* Manage an account base.
* Find new opportunities within any existing clients.
* Find new business opportunities outside of the existing client base.
* Work directly with clients to fully understand their requirements and then devise a solution using the full range of Xenith services, both hardware and software.
* Successfully complete all the training required to a high standard to be able to do the job effectively.* Attend meetings at the documented frequency to go through key performance statistics (and benefit realisation where appropriate) with the client.
* Liaise with the client and Xenith's internal teams to resolve any client service issues to their satisfaction.
* Develop good client relationships with a wide range of people from board to operational level to fully understand how the client operates.
* Complete all internal tasks required such as maintaining the CRM system and administration tasks (expenses, holiday requests etc) to a high standard.
* Be accountable for prioritising conflicting and competing demand across the business to ensure Xenith resources are deployed to maximum effect
* Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and departmental plans.
