Job Description:
* Identify, nurture, and develop leads intocustomers
* Maximize customer spend and identify additional opportunities within existing customer base
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with sales and marketing colleagues
* Generate and maintain a constant lead pipeline
* Engagein quality conversations with customers to identify their needs and craft optimum solutions
* Support sales teams in giving customer presentations and demos
* Liaise with other members of the sales team to exchange information and drive sales opportunities
* Work closely with the Marketing team to promote new products and services
* Maintain a high level of daily activityincluding customer calls, meetings, and pipeline management
* Be an ambassador for the company personally and professionallyKey Requirements:
* Solid understanding of IT systems, especially Word and Excel
* Articulate and confident communicatorat all levels
* Eager to learn and hungry for success
* Tenacious, with attention to detail
