Electronic Engineer / Senior Electronic Engineer - Dublin
Are you an ambitious engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting role for an Electronic Engineer to join a dynamic team in North Dublin, working on cutting-edge medical technologies.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in the design and development of electrical and electronic solutions for complex systems. You will be working on next-generation medical devices, integrating key components such as sensors, microcontrollers, power devices, and motion control systems. You will have experience with PCB design, firmware development and real-time system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electrical/electronic solutions for medical diagnostic instruments
* Integrate components like sensors, motors, transducers, and microcontrollers into a real-time system
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (AI, Software, Biochemistry) to develop innovative products
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve with a structured, analytical approach
* Manage component obsolescence and approve alternative electrical components
Requirements
* Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Software, or Mechatronic Engineering
* 3+ years' relevant experience in a high-performing engineering team
* Experience with PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and microcontrollers (ARM Cortex)
* Knowledge of Firmware development, power electronics, and control systems* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects
