Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching and targeting prospective clients, initiating contact, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, andother relevant means.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate closelywith the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and build rapport.
- Self-motivated witha results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Adept at working in a collaborativeteam environment.
