This proudly Welsh owned Telecoms organization provide bespoke personal services to a wide range of customers throughout Wales. Their products and services include 4G mobile Broadband, mobile phones, BT Services, CCTV products, installation and after sales support.

Customer service is King for this organization, witha strong focus on providing a quality service, client retention and after sales service.
The Role
We are looking toprovide an opportunity to an applicant with some Telecoms experience to develop their career to the next level. You will probably be in the retail environment and gained some exposure / experience with Telecom products. This role will provide you with training and development opportunities to take on a more corporate sales role.
After training you will become a full Sales Executive / Account Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Initially you will begenerating leads and assisting the Sales Team but will develop into full role as detailed below:
The role will combine acquisition of New Business, following up on leads and account management. Products are sold B2B as well as direct to end users.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Develop positive relationships with clients
* Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
* Generate new business usingexisting and potential customer networks
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Face to face appointments to test broadband signal strength from various customer inquiries around South Wales
* Signing up new customers, working customer pipelines & searching for new business
* Contacting existing customers who are due an upgrade withtheir mobile phone
* Negotiating new packages
* Delivering and setting up new phones
* Finding new business opportunities* Selling additional products and services
* Daily administration tasks, including credit checks, contracts, creating connection templates and updating our CRM Salesforce
Requirements

* Drivers license and own vehicle essential
In Return
On offer is an excellent base salary as well as a generous unlimited commission structure. You will be required to use your own vehicle but will be paid an allowance based on actual mileage to cover any costs. A Laptop and phone will also be provided.
You will also be able to work from home once you have received initial product training.
