Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time On-site Smartphone, drone, laptop, and computer Technician to join our team in Oxford. As a Smartphone, laptop, drone, and computer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing smartphones and laptops. You will also be expected to perform quality checks to ensure that devices function properly before returning them to customers.

- Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining smartphones and laptops.
- Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of smartphones
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Refurbish devices according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ability to flash handsets for software updates as required.
- Replace damaged screens.
A minimum of 1 year of experience replacing screens on smartphones and tablets either through work directly or for friends and family specifically it would be helpful to have experience already in repairing iPhones, Samsung and Google phones, iPads, MacBooks gadgets, etc. Indian candidates are welcome to apply, but a valid passport is required. Strong knowledge of device hardware and software is essential.
