Description:
Our client, based in Dublin 20, requires a maintenance planner, service coordinator to join their established, family owned business.
Do you have experience planning service call outs?
Do you have some technical training/ability/experience? Plant fitter? mechanic? mechanical fixing? general mechanical knowledge? parts manager?
Do you have computer experience? Navision?
Do you have excellent customer facing ability?
In this busy, varied role, you will be:
* Front line support to our customers in breakdown situations.
* Supervision and scheduling of our field service customer support team.
* Liaising internally with workshop and parts departments to quote repairs of machines to customers.
* Opening, monitoring and closing of jobs for field service engineers on software packages including Microsoft Navision.
* Controlling and managing all fieldactivities to achieve monthly targets/ KPI
* Maintaining and managing all service documentation and participate in developingnew processes and systems which will help the company to grow the service business.
* Contacting our customers directly to help market and sell our extensive range of service and parts offering.
