I have a fantastic opportunity for an Aftersales & Operations Executive with a keen eye for detail to join an established travel company in London. As an Aftersales Executive you will be dealing with back-office amendments and providing an excellent customer service to the travel trade.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To resolve issues raised by telephone calls or emails from travel agents quickly and efficiently
* To amend or cancel reservations and to effectively action these requests
*Amending flying dates, up grading tickets, route changes, name changes, refunds and seat/meal request
* Amend hotel, car hireand transfer reservations
* To investigate and understand issues relating to requests from travel agents
* Delivering first class, professional customer service
* Resolve customer queries regarding products and services quickly and efficiently
* Taking ownership to provide suitable solutions to problems
* Liaising with suppliers regarding reservations
* Obtaining customerinformation to complete bookings to a high standard
* Dealing with queries from other internal departments
* Assist and supporting other members of the team and management as and when required
EXPERINCE REQUIRED:
* A good long-haul geographical knowledge
* Previous travel industry experience
* Previous GDS system experience
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Willingness to support other team members
* Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Able to work on own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks
* Good knowledge of MSWord and MS Excel
THE PACKAGE:
* Successful applicant can expect a competitive package of £25,000 + bonus
HOURS:
*Monday -Friday: 9:00am - 6pm / Saturday: 10am-5pm; (1 in 4 Saturday's)
