Are you an experienced Corporate Account Manager looking for yournext exciting challenge with Corporate Travel?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well know Corporate Travel Brand based in Central London!
Responsible for supporting the ongoing account management goals. The Account Manager reports into the Director of Account Management (UK) leading the implementation of new corporate accounts, retention, and development of new or existing accounts, development of account management products/services and will act as liaison between Sales, IndependentContractors and departments to ensure all aspects of client's needs are understood and met while ensuring communication of thoseneeds to all appropriate departments.
The job:
* The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for coordination andimplementation of new corporate accounts. This involves liaising with all key departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Responsible for business travel client account management, retention, and revenue maximization and development acrossa portfolio of Independent Advisors and key business travel clients.
* The Corporate Account Manager is expected to conduct quarterly business reviews with corporate clients, measure and achieve their business goals.
* Educate IA's on latest business travel industry trends, data insight and tools available to support business growth and client retention.
* Engage with IA's new business opportunities by providing RFP/proposal and in-person client meeting support.
* Collaborate with US Sales/Account Management teams on regular basis and support globalization of accounts.
* Lead new implementations, including new technologiessuch as online booking tools. This includes co-ordination with internal departments to ensure all aspects of client's needs aremet.
The Person:
* Minimum of 5 years Corporate Account Management experience in a TMC environment
* Business travel expertise required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
* CRM (Sales Force) and MS Teams experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with online booking tools
* GDS experience (Sabre, Gal) preferred but not essential
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.
* Proactive, friendly, and helpful manner.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills.
* Able to work as part of a global team with a flexible schedule* Experience with Independent contractors is a plus
The Package:
This a hybrid opportunity with a mixture of homeworkingand days based in the Central London office.
Salary - £40,000 plus perks and benefits.
