Description:
Are you an experienced IT / CRM Manager? Do you have experience using Microsoft dynamics CRM?
We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM & Systems Development Manager to manage the development and delivery of the company CRM, systems and processes for a well-known Travel Representation company based in the Cityof London.
The Job:
CRM
* Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for the usage and administration of CRM.
* Ensure CRM data and processes remain current and relevant to business requirements.
* Support customised integration between CRM and other systems including the company website, finance system and email delivery services.
* Ensure dataquality and correct processes are in place and monitored by managers.
* Responsible for ensuring overall integrity of data and"lists" and their use both internally and externally.
* Manage CRM supplier relationship to ensure effective and proficient services are provided with service level agreement in place which is monitored and maintained.
* Work with the Data Insights Executive to develop the reporting capabilities of CRM.
* Line manage the CRM Support Engineer.
Systems development andproject management
* Develop systems to support the company Plan and business development objectives liaising with theHead of IT and the Director of Finance and Operations.
* Lead the business process review, managing the Project Avalon developer
* Ensure business cases for planned developments are fully costed and within budget.
* Engage with staff to ensure commitment of time and resources from project stakeholders.
* Manage the systems development budget.
* Provide regular progress updates to both project teams and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
* Work closely with the IT team to ensure system developments are made in the context of wider system, support arrangements are made for the implementation of new developments and training is embedded into the IT team, including the IT knowledge base
* Keep abreast of new software developments which may supportor enhance operations.
* Retain flexibility to support special projects/activities which may be required by the business.
*Provide project management expertise to other projects as required.
Skills and experience:
* Strong knowledgeand experience of managing CRM systems and processes (Microsoft Dynamics CRM essential), including creation, customisation and maintenance of: entities, views, forms, workflows, security roles, teams, marketing campaigns, importing and exporting.
* Experienced in using MS Dynamics Reporting Tools, specifically Business Intelligence Development BIDS and Studio SQL Server ReportingServices (SSRS) and PowerBI
* Experienced in using MS SQL server and writing T-SQL (stored procedures, cursors, user definedfunctions, views and triggers).
* Other desirable skills and experience: MS SharePoint, Documents Core Pack 360, MySQL, Crystal Reports, MailChimp and Social Listening tools.
* Excellent programme and project management skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Ability to gain credibility and drive through initiatives with colleagues across the business.
* Experienced in developing and monitoring policy and procedure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Creativity and the initiative to develop new ideas and concepts and deliver them.
*High level analytical and planning skills.
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint.
Package:
Therole is paying a salary a salary of £70,000 (depending on experience).
This will be a hybrid role (2 days in the office and3 from home).
