We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client. Our client specialises in the adventure and experience markets, they blend market leading technology with the best sales and service people in the travel industry.
THE ROLE:
You'll be reporting to the CEO and will take full ownership of the paid search strategy and execution. Their HQ is in Brixton but employ a flexible working policy whereby the choice of location forwork is given to the employee with some occasional time in the office for strategy meetings.
Job Description:
* The purpose of this role is to facilitate exponential business growth through efficient marketing spend.
* The responsibility is primarily:
* Build and manage all ad words campaigns including all ad groups & keyword management.
* The management of spend to budget and ROAS targets.
* Ensuring a minimum ROAS is maintained.
* Cover all reporting requirements.
* Deliver budgetedtraffic.
* Keep up to date with all google policy and / or technical changes.
Skills Required:

Management of google Ad Words campaigns
* Ability to build a well-structured account of campaigns and ad groups.
* Deep understanding of the benefits of variousbidding goals.
* Ability to build, measure and test ads and keywords.
* An understanding of dynamic ad build, structure, execution, and measurement.
* The ability to identify USPs and build into creatively constructed responsive ads.
* An understanding of performance measurement across key metrics (impressions, top of search, conv/conv value etc).
* Keyword management including mining and campaign / ad building, removal, and negative keyword list building
* Understands the process of competitoranalysis
* Ability to build models of predicted search volume
* Identify new areas of traffic
* Willingness to manage international campaigns
* Can apply principals across brands
* Is able to produce accurate reports and recommend decisions
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
* Some SEO experience.
* Some CRM / Email marketing.
* Some data analyses.
* Social management
* International market management
THE PACKAGE:
* Offering a salary up to £40,000
