Amazing opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a leading tour operator in Southwest London. Our client is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team this role will be office based in Southwest London.
Job Description:
* Assist with the recruitment and induction of new starters
* Ensure all documentation is received from and provided to new starters as required
* Maintain holiday records and employee database
* Maintain employee files and ensure all required documentation is collected and complete
* Draft and issue letters for Employee Relations case management
* Take meeting minutes
* Any other duties that are within the scope of this role or as requested by the management team.
Skills Required:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels as well as with staff different backgrounds.
* Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a good balance of excellent people skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and resourcefulness
* A high level ofaccuracy
The Package:
* Starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000
* Permanent role working Monday - Friday in their office
