Experienced HR Managerrequired to oversea offices in both London & Bath this role will involve frequent travel and you will have the opportunityto really put your stamp on things. As the HR Manager you will be implementing a consistent approach to all employees (around 150) which could double in the summer season.
Job Description:
* Implement a common payroll tools and procedures across theUK
* Review and implement new on-boarding and administrative procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Maintain personnel records
* Follow up disciplinary issues
* Foster a positive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
* Develop and manage a process for handling employee complaints, disputes, and grievances
* Ensures compliance with legal regulations governing labor relations and unions; stay abreast of current trends
* Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to ensure organisational competence and operating efficiency, taking into account business need and seasonality
* Maintains up-to-date recruitment progress reports
* Develop relationships with agencies* Manage and coordinate employee training
Experience required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
* Experience in the transport sector or industry is a plus
* Able to both lead and take a hands-on approach to day-to-day HR activities and projects
* Has proven leadership and people management skills.
* Able to persuade and influence
* Strong people facing and communication skills
The Package:
* Salary £50,000 - £65,000 + Company Bonus Scheme
* 20 days holiday
