This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Travel Administrator to join the expanding team in Essex. My client is a tour operator that specialise in family holidays to the USA. This role would ideally suit someone looking to start a career in the travel industry.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of final travel documents, itineraries, travel vouchers, E-tickets and destination information
* Ensure bookings for all services are in place and correct
* Check and issue booking confirmation documentation
* Providing administrative support to the operations team
Skills Required:
* Previous travel industry experience preferred but not essential
* Administration background
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Organised and methodical
* Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
* Able to work as part of a small team
* Ability to organise and prioritise work
* Work within strict time-lines and meet deadlines
* Willingness to support other team members
* Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Hybrid working (2 - 3 days working from home)
