JOB DESCRIPTION:* Delivering first class, professional customer service
* Resolve customer queries regarding products and services quicklyand efficiently
* Taking ownership to provide suitable solutions to problems
* Dealing with queries from customers via telephone, email, chat or social media
* Enhance the customer experience at all times
* Skills aimed at upselling products
*Dealing with all changes to bookings and ensuring customer satisfaction to the end
* Liaising with suppliers regarding reservations
* Obtaining customer information to complete bookings to a high standard
* Dealing with queries from other internal departments
* Assist and supporting other members of the team and management as and when required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* A good long-haul geographical knowledge
* Previous travel industry experience
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Willingness to support other team members
* Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Able to work on own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks
* Good knowledgeof MS Word and MS Excel
