Are you an IT Administrator? Do you want to work with an award-winning Luxury Tour Operator? Then this role is for you! We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator to join our client.
We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to take the lead in the business on all IT equipment and software related matters, focusing maintenance of laptops, phone system, Microsoft office and cloud related services.
The role is 20 hours across the week, and we are very flexible in working with the successful candidate on how this works, whether it be longer days and less days per week (minimum split over 3 days per week) or 5 days a week with less hours so this could fit into school runs or other engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee all IT systems across the company
* Respond to all support calls and adapts to changes in the business to solve cases
* Work closely with external support to maintain maximum availability of systems
* Ensure backup procedures and logging systems are operational
* Handle configuration changes including phone system
* Support the roll-out of new applications and project roll outs
*Help to provide occasional Out of Hours support in business-critical situations
EXPERIENCE:
* Previous generalist experience across the range of IT areas as a IT support technician or IT administrator
* Previous experience in dealing with acloud based / remote organisation
* Desire to help and assist colleagues with IT issues
* Excellent understanding of Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Sharepoint
* Previous understanding of telephonysystems
* Ability to work independently
* Proactive and a self-starter
* Ability to build relationships and influence withall levels of the business
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical usersPACKAGE:
* Salary range of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience (full time salary, this would be pro-rata for the part-time candidate)
