Do you love everything Ski & Wintersports? Established, stable and successful ski travel company are now seeking a seasonal Operations Assistant to join their team.
Job Description:
* Processing new bookings and invoices
* Preparing travelitineraries and dispatching client travel documents
* Producing ski hire vouchers for the client
* Collecting client names and passenger details prior to departure
* Liaising with tour operators to administer changes to client bookings
* Supporting the Client Services Manager and the wider Client Services team with ad hoc admin duties
* Arranging client payments byphone or bank transfer
Experience Required:
* Excellent written communication and a friendly telephone manner with a willingness to go the extra mile
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* You must work well in a team with a hard-working and flexible approach
* Proven ability to meet deadlines
* Numerate
The Package:
* This is a seasonal position until March 2022
* Salary £21,000 pro rota
