Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you love working in Events? Then this role might be for you! We are looking for a Senior Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to join our client who are based in Southwest London.

Our client is a full-service engagement agency delivering magic for audiences in virtual, hybridand live events, strategy, content, production, and technology. They help to solve complex brand, communication, engagement, and logistical challenges for some of the world's leading organizations.

JOB PURPOSE:

Work with the creative director to understand the vision of a project, then execute this from concept to delivery across a diverse range of media.

RESPONSIBILITIESAND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Work across the whole design process, from concept to delivery
* Deliver key shots within animations as a heavyweight animator
* Work with our technology team to bridge the gap between creative and technology to ensure allprojects adhere to technical requirements
* Support and collaborate with our team to always push the boundaries
* Provide regular review and feedback on work in a clear & constructive manner to more junior members of the team
* Encourage creativity and participation from all team members
* Maintain a close working relationship with the Creative Director, designers, producers, freelance artists and, when required, clients
* Actively participate to the constant improvement of processes and guidelines
* Share knowledge and recommend best practices
* Collaboratively push the visual quality and standards to the highestlevel

Video Editor Operational Management

* Manage and deliver multiple sized projects of varying complexity within client timeframes and budget.
* You will need to have a strong experience within live video capture, green screen, EFP and location-based projects, as well as in the studio, so long days and travel will be required on occasion.
* Have a passion for what youdo, a desire to be all engaging, creative, and keen to build a unique service offering in-house.
* Full understanding of allvideo/audio formats, storage, app, and mobile device interactivity.
* Working knowledge of additional related software e.g., Audition/Premiere/Unreal desirable
* Professional file management.
* Attention to detail / good communication skills.
* Experience with filming with 4k video cameras, DSLR's and applicable modern production techniques
* Experienced technical supportwithin EFP/ENG audio capture and video lighting equipment
* Set, communicate, and drive timelines and priorities within eachproject.
* Communicate, maintain, and develop internal relationships.
* Manage supplier relationships.
* Regular communication and attend meetings within the project team to provide project status updates.
* Attend 'kick off' meetings 'briefings' and 'de-brief' meetings as and when required.
* Always adhere to 'on-site' etiquette ensuring a positive representation of touch.

Client Management

* Support Client team[s] in the preparation of RFP & Proposals as required.
* Attend Client pitch / presentation as needed.
* Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews across all project related works.

Client Governance

* Ensure compliance with client and company SLA's.
* Ensure compliance with client and company Brand Guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018 Regulations.

Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management

* Review client video budgets ensuring:
* Client SLAs are considered
* Accurate charging of supplier costs & expenses relevant to budget
* Manage and submitpersonal expenses and credit card reconciliations within timeframes specified.

General

* Work collaboratively with boarddirectors, peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects.
* Attend company training days as and when required.
* Attend company meetings as and when required.
* Undertake any additional task as required to support the business.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Experience in C4D, Redshift, X-Particles and Adobe After Effects, including the usual Adobe Creative suite
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in the motion graphics industry and leading projects
* Art direction / creative lead on projects and good communication
* Excellent 2D and 3D animation skills
* Concept development
* Pitching andpresentation to internal team members
* Good knowledge of 3D pipelines
* Experience with Unreal, Character Rigging, shooting all desirable
* A stand-out portfolio
* Experience working in the events industry is preferable but not essential


THE PACKAGE:

* Offering a salary package between £40,000 - £45,000
* 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
* Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed)

* Commission for all New Client Business introduced (5% paid for the first year of business - full details available)
* Flexible Working (Business needswill always prevail therefore all successful candidates need to be prepared to attend office 5 days if required however, and where appropriate, managers may assign work from home days at their discretion.
