We have an exciting opportune for a Senior Sales Manager to join a fast-growingonline accommodation platform, based in South West London.
Job Details:
* Be responsible for achieving the agreedtargets set by the company
* Develop the business sales and revenue growth of the company
* Identify and develop opportunities for business growth focus both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Promote the company's business and improve profits while undertaking continual market research to keep up with the on-going trends and markets, to develop the marketing strategy and new ideas
* Arrange business meetings with perspective clients and prepare presentations
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Deliver first-class customer service to all clients
* Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
* Maintain good knowledge of the property market and the products for our clients
* Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and create reports and present your findings to senior management/ the Board of Directors
* Generate and increase sales of the business
* Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers' partner when is needed
* Manage client accommodation requests over the phone and via emails
* Undertake client reservations in an efficient and customer focused manner
* Provide thorough personalized service to best serve clients' needs
* Ensure special handling of repeater guests
* Review no-shows, cancelled reservations and processes' charges according to the apartments' terms and conditions
* Support and train the account support staffin sales techniques
* Work on our reservation system, and to ensure that all procedures are adhered to and as directed by yourGeneral Manager/Director
* Manage and monitor relationships with existing and new clients through the Salesforce CRM system and update the system with your daily tasks and activities related to them
* Take on any other duties as they may be assigned from time to time by his immediate Supervisor or Director
Requirements:
* Bedbank experience or very good knowledge
* Fantastic all-round sales experience to include leads sourcing and a consultative new business approach
* Business development and account management experience required min of 5 years
* Experienced sales manager with proven track record of development of new business
* General experience in Serviced Apartments and Corporate Travelling
* Understanding of Travel Management Companies and corporate clients such as Relocation Companies, Law Firms, Banking Organisations and TMCs
* Hospitality industry knowledge is required
* Knowledge on static rates, channel managers and e-commerce would be a plus
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
* Immaculate presentation
* Ability tomeet and exceed sales targets
* Work well under pressure and be able to deliver exceptional customer services to all your clients
* Excellent time management skills
* Positive can-do attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
* Integrity of character and responsibility
* BA (Hons) in Business or Tourism or equivalent
Package:
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm fulltime Office Based
* Salary, £35,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience)+ remuneration package / pension
