We are looking for passionate Air and Flights specialist with meticulous attention to detail, high commercial acumen, and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our air guests.
Job Description:
* Monitoring e-mail & phone daily to answer deviation requests in a timely manner
* Ensuring pricing & charge additional fees when required
* Maintaining airline contract fares and rules to ensure best air schedules and fares are utilized
* Issuing airline tickets according to airline and cruise line policies and procedures and deliver correct copies to documentation for distribution to the guests
* Coordinating effort to ensure the appropriate air schedule displays in internal reservation system
* Courteously communicating with external customers to advise of applicable air itinerary changes resulting from an airline-initiated flight change
* Providing courteous, professional, and prompt response to e-mail, fax, and phone requests for air programs information from internal and externally customers
* Providing best possible customer service tocustomers (internal and external) all the while maintaining the integrity of the company and the company's airline partners
* Other duties as instructed by management
* Ability to work early a.m. & weekend shifts as needed
Experience Required:
* Working knowledge of Amadeus
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, ARC
* Demonstrated experience with Amadeus
* Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international airline booking/ticketing for cruise line or tour operator
The Package:
* Salary £25,000 - £27,000 plus company benefits
