Description:
Amazing opportunity to work within the Reservations Department for a leading Tour Operator in London. You will be part of a team in dealing with efficient call handling and processing of Trade Reservations.
The Job:
* Efficient handling of trade phone calls
* Dealing with incoming reservations emails, responding & actioning items in a timely manner
* Resolving minor problems* Close communication with relevant departments in the Office
* Liaison with London documentation department
* Running and processing of general reports as assigned by the Team Leader
* Interaction with EU Sales & Marketing teams
* General administration
Skills Required:
* Educated to GCSE level or higher
* 2-3 years' experience in the Sales Environment. Preference forluxury and/or travel knowledge
* Excellent English verbal and writing skills
* Competent telephone skills
* Microsoft office* Good Customer Service
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Work independently and be self-motivated
* Be an effective resource in a team environment
* Provide knowledgeable, courteous andefficient service
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Passionate and loyal
The Package:
* Basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus incentives
