THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting for a leading fashion business located in Salford who is rapidly expanding their operation and is set to bethe next big player in the Online UK Fast Fashion industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is keen to rapidly progress and add real value to the business and craft a progressive career.
THE ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:* Working within a busy office environment
* Updating product listings on the website and adding content to attract orders* Sourcing images from the internal database and the photographer for us on on the website
* Handling and processing onlineorders
* Liaising with the warehouse
* Handling returns and refunds
* Answering customer emails and enquiries via the website
* Handling shipping issues
THE PERSON:
Essential
* Experience in Customer Service or Administration would be ideal, however, attitude is more important
* Experience of Linnworks or another inventory management tool such as Channel Advisor, Mintsoft, ProSku, Volo
* Driven individual ho wants to be successful
* Highly computer literate
* Must have a 'can do' proactive attitude
Desirable
* Any experience in an online fast fashion business in a similar business would be significant advantage
