What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Avira offers all users a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or auto-renewal payment, you are then entitled to a refund. Before requesting an Avira refund, you should make sure that you did not purchase Avira antivirus from a retail store, Third Party Reseller, or app store because it has its own conditions.
How to request a refund?
- You can go to Avira’s website and request a refund. Click the “Support” button, then select the “Home” product to submit a refund request to the customer team.
- Confirm your refund. When a customer representative replies via email, respond to the email to confirm that you wish to receive a refund.
- You will receive your refund between 2 and 14 business days.
