Made from Steel/Aluminium at a weight of only 10kg (Pink 7.5kg) this bar allows you to perfect your posture, balance and technique before you progressing onto more challenging loads.
This weight training bar has a medium knurling is compatible with 50mm (2") olympic weight or bumper plates.
