Samarkand State Medical University, founded in 1930, is situated in the city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Recognized as one of the pioneering medical institutes in Central Asia, Samarkand State Medical Institute (SSMI) boasts over 90 years of experience in medical education. The university houses 74 departments, 1190 classrooms, and 75 multimedia classrooms across various faculties.
